This is a refurbished Harmony H1215 Archtone Acoustic. The fingboard has been re-adjusted, leveled and re-fretted. This helps to have a more stable and better playing experience. Some of the frets do stick out, however this is because of the age of the wood on the fingerboard. There are some buzz spots on the neck where it gets closer to the body however the overall neck plays with little issues.
This guitar has a beautiful and natural aging/patina that adds to it's overall aesthetic. There are some small dents and scratches on the top of this guitar which are shown in the photos. There are some chips around the F holes and a crack on the top of the F hole on the treble side. On the back some scratches and dents can be found as well as finish wear and scratches on the back of the neck. None of these will affect the play-ability of the guitar and are common with instruments of this age.
Fitted with a passive under saddle passive piezo pickup this guitar has been made to be played. It has once white binding and accompanied by two finish lines we believe this guitar was built sometime after 1958. It can not be dated as there is no Serial Number or dating marks. We do feel it is a 60's model because of the triple lines. This does not come with a pickguard but will arrive boxed with a gig bag.
The H1215 Archtone Harmony acoustics are made with a top grained to resemble spruce, faux-flame on sides and back.
This is the perfect addition to any collection.
