Shipping & Returns


Return / Exchange Policies:

 We work hard to make sure all our customers are taken care of. If you have any issues or questions please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. We ask customers to contact us within 14 days of receiving item to qualify for a full refund or return. Buyer pays return shipping unless merchandise is found to be defective by manufacturers standards. After 14 days items must be returned to manufacturer for warranty coverage or defective claims. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Returns for defective items will be tested before refund can be given.

There is a 10% restocking fee with items found not to be defective and item must be in exact same condition as when it left our store with all original packaging materials to qualify for refund. If an is found to not be defective and has been mounted, assembled, soldered or altered a 15% restocking fee may be applied.

Our Return Policy does not apply to items that are not sold as "NEW". Items that are listed as Used,Demo or On Sale are all sales final unless the item is received not as described. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have before your purchase. 

Credit Card returns may take up to 48 hours for customers bank to fully process. Most PayPal refunds are immediate, unless eChecks were used for the original purchase. 

 To initiate a return/exchange or inquire about a product purchased simply click the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of our home page and send us message with your info. Alternatively, those who have accounts with us can click "My Account" at the top of our home page or sign in with password created during purchase. Choose "Completed Orders" to print a personal invoice or initiate a return.

Shipping Policies:

 Standard orders to the continental US ship UPS ground. This service cannot ship to PO Boxes. If USPS is needed please message us in advance of making your purchase. Please send all special request through our "Contact Us" link at the bottom of our homepage or on your order notes and not through PayPal. We do reserve the right to ship small items such as strings, accessory items and such though USPS. Items being shipped via USPS will be detailed in the listing and a small shipping fee may apply. 

Weekday US orders paid for before 3pm will ship out that same evening unless a US holiday is observed. Orders paid for after 3pm on Fridays will ship out the following Monday. Mid Michigan Music and Gain Stage Music observes the same US holidays as UPS and USPS, so please keep this in mind when calculating your order arrival time.

Michigan Customers are welcome to pickup online orders. We will wave shipping fees if an item has one if we are notified. Please let us know in the comment field while checking out you would like to pick up this item. 

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico require additional shipping costs. Please write or call if youre having trouble checking out with these addresses. 90% of our items can be shipped to these locations.

Mid Michigan Music supports men and women overseas or at home serving their country. If you have an APO or FPO address we can help you receive your item using USPS. There are restrictions on the items value to these addresses and a shipping estimate is needed prior.
